ANTICOCCIDIAL SOLUTION
Each 1 ml contains:
Sulphaquinoxaline Na 250 mg
DESCRIPTION:
Sulphaquinoxaline Na is an anticoccidial drug acts on the metabolic pathway of the parasite by blocking the p-aminobenzoic acid (PABA), also it posses some antibacterial activity. Sulphaquinoxaline Na is rapidly absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract and produces persistent blood levels.
INDICATIONS:
SULQUIN indicated for the treatment and control of caecal and intestinal coccidiosis in chicken, turkey and rabbits. It is fully active against E.tenella,E.necatrix while it is partly active against E. acervulina, E. maxima and E. brunette . Also used in the treatment of fowl cholera and fowl typhoid in chickens and turkeys
ROUTE OF ADMINISTRATION: Oral
DOSAGE:
Poultry and Rabbits: 1ml / 4 Liters of drinking water for 3 days, Stop for 2 days, then resume the treatment for another 2 days.
Calves, Lambs and Kids: 0.5 ml / 10 kg b.w. for 3 - 5 days.
Don’t administer to laying hens. Don't use in cases of Gumboro.
Don't use animals and poultry products during treatment and within 5 days from the last treatment.
Store below 30°C.
