DESCRIPTION:

FINASOL is a salicylanilide anthelmintic which is active against tape worms in animals, also it possesses efficacy against liver flukes in sheep. FINASOL acts by inhibiting the oxidative phosphorylation in mitochondria of the worms resulting in energy depletion.

INDICATIONS:

FINASOL  is commonly used in cattle, sheep and goat in moniezia infections also in immature paramphistomiasis and for treatment of Anaplocephala magna, A. perfoliata,  paranoplocephala Mamillana in horses and it is widely used for treatment of  tape worms in dogs and cats.

ROUTE OF ADMINISTRATION: Oral

DOSAGE:

Cattle  :  10 gm / 50 kg body weight .

Sheep ,Goats :      3 - 4 gm / 10 kg body weight .

Dogs and Cats:     3 gm / 7.5 kg body weight
                               ( 390 mg / kg body weight )

Horses:                  3 gm /15 kg body weight

To be mixed with 50 – 100 ml of drinking water or milk.

Poultry:                 3 gm for 5 adult birds
                              (Approx. 525 mg / kg body weight)

Don’t use animals meat during treatment and with  in 3 days from the last treatment  

Store below 30°C.
