DESCRIPTION:

Tetramisole is a broad spectrum imidathiazole derivate ( L – isomer of levamisole ), with anthelmintic activity against adult and larval stages of gastro-intestinal round worms and lung worms . Beside it´s effect on nematodes, Tetramisole has been found to posses an immunostimulant effect. It also rapidly and completely absorbed when given orally, whereafter a rapid elimination takes place mainly via the faeces and urine. Levamesole primarily influences the nematode ganglia of parasites; causes paralysis of susceptible worms .    

INDICATIONS :

SPECTRA MISOLE-30 is a broad spectrum anthelmintic effective for treatment and control of Nematodes of gastro-intestinal and respiratory tracts : Trichostrongyloidosis , Bunostomosis , Oesophagostomosis , Dictyocaulosis and Ascaridiasis in sheep, goats and cattle.

In poultry SPECTRA MISOLE-30 has a strong activity against Hetrakidiosis , Capillaridosis , and Ascaridiasis.

ROUTE OF ADMINISTRATION: Oral

GENERAL PHARMACOLOGICAL DOSE : 7.5 mg / kg b. w.

DOSAGE  :

Sheep ,Goats and Cattle:    1 gm / 20kg body weight, with drinking water or mixed with  feed.

 Poultry:                                0.05 gm /1kg body weight. with drinking water for 12 hours only.

Do not use animal  and poultry meat during treatment and within 7 days from the last treatment

Do not use animal milk during treatment and within 1 days from the last treatment

Do not use poultry eggs during treatment and within 5 days from the last treatment

Store  below 30°C.
