Enrofloxacin        50 mg

DESCRIPTION:

Enrofloxacin a chemotherapeutic agent belongs to fluoroquinolone carboxylic acid derivatives. It is rapidly and almost completely absorbed from the GIT with peak plasma concentration occurring in about 1/2 – 2 hours.

Enrofloxacin does not show cross-resistance with other antimicrobials like B-Lactams, Tetracyclines, Macrolides, Sulphonamides and Trimethoprim.  

INDICATIONS:

SPECTRIL-5 is used in all common bacterial gram negative infections in poultry such as E.coli, Haemophilus, Pasteurella, Salmonella, Klebsiella and with gram positive bacteria such as Staph, Strept, Corynebacteria, Clostridia, Listeria .

ROUTE OF ADMINISTRATION: Oral

GENERAL PHARMACOLOGICAL DOSE:

Ruminants:2.5-5mg\kg b.w

DOSAGE    :                 

Sheep       : 2ml / 20 kg\b.w for the first 24 hours then half dose for 3-5 days .

Do not use in water containing minerals.            

Don't use poultry products during treatment and within 8 days from the last treatment.

Store abelow 30°C.
