Gentamicin sulphate         100 mg

DESCRIPTION:

Gentamicin is a broad spectrum bactericidal antibiotic of the aminoglycoside group active against the most important gram positive and gram negative microorganisms. Gentamicin interferes with protein synthesis of bacterial cell. It is poorly absorbed from the G.I.T. so acts locally in the intestines.

INDICATIONS:

SPECTRA GENTASOL 10% is indicated for prevention and treatment of G.I.T. infections caused by Salmonella, E.coli, Pseudomonas, Klebsiella, Staphylococcus and Streptococcus in poultry and large animals. SPECTRA GENTASOL 10% is advised when bacterial polyresistence to other antibiotics occurs.  

ROUTE OF ADMINISTRATION: Oral

Poultry                                          : 0.5-1 ml / 1liter of drinking water for 3-5 days.

Sheep, Goats, Cattle and Calves: 4 ml /100 kg b.w. twice daily for 3-5 days.

Do not use with Macrolides and Spectinomycin .

Don't use animals and poultry products during treatment and within 3 days from the last treatment.

Store  below 30°C.
