Erythromycin Thiocyanate            200 mg

Description and Indications

DESCRIPTION:

Erythromycin is a macrolid antibiotic indicated for the treatment of infectious diseases due to Erythromycin sensitive bacteria and mycoplasma in poultry . and some of gram negative bacteria. Erythromycin acts by inhibiting  bacterial protein synthesis

 

INDICATIONS:

SPECTRA ERYTHROSOL is indicated for the treatment of chronic respiratory disease (CRD) caused by mycoplasma infections and for the treatment of infectious ( respiratory) diseases duo to Erythromycin sensitive bacteria such as staphylococcus aureus (e.g. infectious arthritis), haemophilus paragallinarum (e.g. infectious coryza) and pasteurella multocida in poultry .

 

 

Dosage

ROUTE OF ADMINISTRATION: Oral

GENERAL PHARMACOLOGICAL DOSE: 20 mg / kg b.w.

DOSAGE:

Poultry      :   100 ml / 100 liters of drinking water  for 3-5 days.

Pharmaceutical Precautions

Don’t use to animals with a seriously impaired liver and\ or  renal function .

Don’t use with tetracyclines, penicillins aminoglycosides and flumequine.

Withdrawal Period

Don’t use  meat poultry  during treatment and within 3 days from the last treatment.

Don’t use eggs poultry  during treatment and within 6 days from the last treatment.

Storage

Store  below 30°C.
