Fosfomycin (As Sodium) 200 mg

DESCRIPTION:

Fosfomycin is a broad spectrum bactericidal antibiotic belongs to the fosfonic acid family, recommended for the treatment of bacterial diseases of poultry.

INDICATIONS:

Poultry: FOSFOVET-20 is indicated for the treatment of bacterial infections of poultry susceptible to Fosfomycin such as: Infectious Coryza, Fowl Cholera, Colibacillosis, ORT, CRD, Staphylococcal infections, Fowl Typhoid, Salmonellosis.
 

ROUTE OF ADMINISTRATION: Oral

GENERAL PHARMACOLOGICAL DOSE:  10 mg / kg b.w.                                                                   

Poultry: 50 ml / 200 liters of drinking water for 3-5 consecutive days.  

High concentration of minerals salts in the drinking water interferes with the product solubility.

Do not use poultry meat during treatment and within 10 days from the last treatment.

Do not use poultry eggs during treatment and within 5 days from the last treatment.
